Prior to the meeting fish was served as part of Senior Fishing Day.

Call to order at 6pm by President gene Sullivan.

Pledge of allegiance.

Donation request: $1,500.00 for support of the Pheasants Forever Farm Biologist position at DC Soil and Water Conservation District-Josh Meissner

Secretary report-motion to accept Kevin W/Jim B. Passed

Treasurer report-there is a question on a fish fry bill from Cub Foods which should have been billed to St Mary’s; Jim Baxter will check on this. Motion to accept the rest of the report Arlene B/Greg E. Passed

Committee reports-
Youth Day on August 27-Dean K A new brochure is available. Planning and preparation is going well. Start time is 10am.

Fish Fry- Kevin Weisel and Greg Eigen will co-chair future events. Thanks to Greg Donahue for his efforts. Next event is August 5th at Brandon Days.

Fair Booth-Motion not to man a booth at the DC Fair this year Greg E/Todd Lanners passed
Use of the space was offered to the Alexandria Trap Team.

New Business-
Information on gun prices-Gene S. Prices are rising which may affect the 2018 Banquet
Rod Lorenz is retiring from the RCC. He has been very helpful to us. Motion for a $25.00
Gift certificate Arlene B/Greg E Passed
Donation request- Motion to approve $1500.00 support for the PF Farm Biologist. Kevin
W/Arlene B. Passed.
DNR boat/trailer/4wheeler storage- will request Mitch Lawler find a new location.
AIS- Dean K. Land and Resources/Dave Rush requested assistance for a stick used to
Remove vegetation from boat trailers Motion to provide Arlene B/Dean K Passed.
