Meeting Called to order at 7:10 p.m. by President Glen Wink.

SECRETARY’S REPORT

Chad moved to approve secretary’s report as printed, seconded by Gregg.  Motion passed.

Curt moved to accept treasurers’ report, seconded by Gene.  Motion passed.

OLD BUSINESS

Þ     Banquet report, thanked Bill Maynard for managing prizes for banquet.  One suggestion for next banquet, for the silent auction, not to have numbers in book just pull 5 announcer will have numbers.  358 meals paid for.  Need more spotters during the live auction.  Signage for games needs to be better.  Date for next years banquet is April 10, Thursday at the Broadway Ballroom.

Þ     Williams property, the appraisal is back, need to approach county commissioners, proceeding ahead.

NEW BUSINESS

Þ     Heritage Fest – going to have table??  Gene will talk to chamber.  Motion by Bill Maynard seconded by Chad Weisel to have booth.  Motion passed.

Þ     Bows for Physical Education Class – Jim Stratton moved to donate $500.00 for bows, seconded by Arlene Bosek.  Motion passed.

Þ     Wood duck houses are from the Scouts we received 40 of them.  Arlene moved to give scouts $400.00 for the donation of the wood duck houses, seconded by Mark Anderson.  Motion passed.

Þ     Mark moved to donate $500.00 for landowner maintenance on Lake Jenny, seconded by Chad Weisel.  Motion passed

Þ     Ken Anderson moved we purchase vinyl blinds for the windows at a cost of $60.00, seconded by Chad Weisel.  Motion passed.

Arlene moved to adjourn, seconded by Gregg Baxter.  Motion passed.  Meeting was adjourned.

Next meeting is Thursday May 17, 2007 at the Bemo Building
